I've needed an excuse to use this super cute digi image from All That Scraps for a while and paired up with the sentiment from Stamping Bella, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity. I also always have the colours red and yellow in my head when I think of cheerleaders - it must be from some American TV show that I've seen at some point (anyone got any ideas?!?), so I used some yellow paper from my Cosmo Cricket Delovely pad, paired it with some Papermania ribbon and then added lots of gems using a Bazzill Basics template and ta-da one finished card! (I might've made that sound easy but didn't have any self adhesive red gems, so I was sitting there for ages with my quickie glue pen sticking those red gems down one by one LOL!)
I'm also going to enter my card into the following challenges:
- By the Cute and Girly Challenges - Red + one other colour.
- Creative Craft World - Use a Square.
- For Fun - Happy Birthday.
- Stamps R Us Challenges - For the Girls.
- Critter Sketch Challenge - #53 Sketch and Ribbon.
- I did it Creations - Anything Goes.
- One Stop Craft Challenge - Birthday cards.
- Annabelle Stamps Blog - Yellow!
- If the shoe fits - Happy Birthday.
- Totally Papercrafts - Challenge #54 Do it with Digis.
- Cute Card Thursday - Challenge 152 Shiny Happy cards.
- Dutch Dare - Challenge #100 Sparkle/Glitter/Bling.
- Shelly's images - Anything Goes.
Hope you're all having a good week. I had a fabby day yesterday, catching up with all my friends and their new babies and seeing my friend who's just about to have a baby. I was one of the first ones out of all my friends to have children, I didn't exactly plan to have my son when I did but it happened and I looked at my life and I felt I'd done plenty of living and I had a good job that I'd been doing for 6 years and I was 24, unfortunately things didn't work out with his dad but that's the way it is. Obviously I'm so glad it did and I wouldn't change anything for the world because he's the best thing in my life, but for quite some time, I felt like the odd one out because I don't think people understand what it's like to have children and to try and juggle life around that, when they don't have any themselves. So, now all my friends are having children they're catching up to me now - although my son's 10 and is getting more independent and they're just getting started LOL!! Anyways, enjoy the rest of your day, don't forget to join in with our challenge (and leave me a comment of course!!??) Bye for now.....
She is a cutie! Thank you for taking up our challenge at Creative Craft World.

Hi sweetie this is a gorgeous card I love the image. Do you know I had my 1st son at 16 he was planned as I wanted kids young. I'm still glad I did & by the age of 23 I was on my 5th child. Now my son is wanting to have a child soon so I could be a granny before I even reach 40 this is one of the reasons I had young so when the next generation come along I'm still young & fit enough to do all the things I did with their fathers....I wouoldn't change a single thing. My sons share the same music as me they ask my advice on fashion & clothing they even send their girlfriends to me for advice on fashion which is funny but great at the same time....bring on the next generation is what I say!!!

Yes, having kids changes EVERYTHING, no doubt about it. I had my first one when I was 30 and I was used to being the single twenty-something... it's a real wake-up call!!
