Cardmakingbird

Evening to you all on this very cold, wintery night which now makes it seem like Christmas really is just around the corner! I made tonight's card using a fab, fun image from The Stamping Boutique called 'Snowman's Laundry Line' - I love this image because it's so easy to colour and so you can whip up a gorgeous card in no time. I'll definitely be using it again for more of my chrimbo cards! TSB is sponsoring A Spoonfull of Sugar this week and the theme is 'Winter Wonderland', so I'll be entering my card into the challenge over there. And I'll also be entering it into the following:

Ingredients: Image - The Stamping Boutique coloured with promarkers and flowersoft (which contrary to my earlier effort, looks better as snow ;-)), Papers - Basic Grey Jovial, Sentiment - Craftwork Cards. Also used - Pearls from stash, Cuttlebug and Nesties, Snowflake stamps.

I hope you like it. I was pleased with how my 'snowflake flowers' turned out because when I was looking for a snowflake punch a while ago for some reason I couldn't get one and I bought one without much detail out of desperation, but then I managed to get the one that I wanted so the first one had been relegated to the bottom of a drawer but now I've found a way of using them both together! I don't like seeing things going to waste!!
